2.4" EA TFT024-23ATNN is a low power colour display with a transflective TFT panel, 240x320x3 dots with SPI or 8-/16-bit data bus or 16-bit RGB interface. A very low power colour display for battery powered projects. The Perfect Display for mobile or IoTDevices.
In dark light conditions the display is readable with the switchable LED backlight of approximately 270 cd/m² and outdoor or in bright sunlight conditions the transflective TFT panel delivers a sharp and high contrast readable display at very low power.
Onboard controller ST7789T3-G. With long-term availability the display is recommended for use in new designs. Only one FPC cable carries all signals, pitch 0.3mm. The wide operating temperature ranges is -20..+70°C. Brightness of the display is 270 cd/m2, this display is transflective and sunlight readable. The display is readable without LED backlight and bright ambient outside sunlight makes the display brighter and helps to improve contrast. The display is very low power at only 10mA.
A suitable breakout board for the EA TFT024-23ATNN is EA 9980-TFT designed to have an easy and fast way to connect the TFT display.
Alternatively to quickly demo and evaluate the display without writing any code use EA 9782-1USB. No specific knowledge of the hardware or software is required. Simply power up the USB on the evaluation board and the connected IPS display becomes active. Additionally when the EA 9782-1USB evaluation board is connected to a Windows PC and the startTFT.exe program is executed (which can be downloaded for free), it opens up more options to display your own images, write text, change orientation and control the brightness.
