DOG series character display with 4x20 (4 line x 20 chars), 4.8 mm char height. Extremely thin 2.0mm (display only), COG display in white background reflective. 3.3 V single supply. The display be can soldered directly into the PCB or plugged into a connector with 2.54 mm pitch EA FL-22P. The display has a SD1803A controller with 4 different charsets incl. Cyrillic, SPI, I²C and 4-/8- bit parallel interface. Character set is included and an extra 8 free definable characters can be programmed.
The EA DOGM204N-A display can not be used with a LED backlight, making it ideal for low power applications. If a display with backlight is required check EA DOGM204W-A, EA DOGM204S-A or EA DOGM204B-A
